At The Scoop, we take the dirty work out of pet ownership and property maintenance. We specialize in professional pet sanitation services, including poop scooping, pet laundry, and comprehensive cleaning for decks, kennels, playrooms and dog parks. Installation of dog waste stations and trash bin sanitation. Whether you’re a busy pet parent or managing a commercial property, our reliable and thorough team ensures clean, safe, and fresh environments for both pets and people.
residential services
POOP SCOOPING
Pet waste is bagged and disposed of on premises, includes front and backyard.
Single Scoop $20
Twice a week $30
$10 every extra added day
To ensure everyone's safety no pets allowed in yard while services are being performed. If access to yard is restricted in any way customer will still be charged for that day, so please remember to unlock and unblock gate doors.
Inclement Weather Days
In the event of inclement weather, services will resume once weather permits. If continuous bad weather persists, that week of service will be skipped. You will only be charged if service is performed. A refund will be issued for prepaid customers.
Excessive Waste Cleanup Fee $75
This would apply to yards that have not been cleaned in quite sometime that have excessive waste build up. This fee is up to 1 hour of clean up time, any time over is $10 per 15min.
Patio/Deck Clean-up $35
Pet waste is bagged, surface is washed and scrubbed with disinfectant. Close by water source must be provided by customer.
Pet Room/Kennel Clean Up
Great for pet parents who are busy juggling life that could use a helping hand. Duties include:
- Sweeping and mopping of floor
- Picking up puppy pads/ relaying of new pads
- Cleaning of litter box, replenishing of litter
- Dumping of trash/ replenishing of bin liner
Standard Size Pricing:
Once a week $40
2 x's a week $60
3 x's a week $80
4 x's a week $100
Room/ Kennel size determined during consultation. The pricing will be different for larger than standard size areas.
Puppy pads and litter must be provided by customer. These items can be provided for a minimal additional fee.
Pet laundry services available for an extra charge.
Close by water source must be provided by customer for mop water or kennel spray down.
Commercial Services
Once a week total property waste clean up, emptying of pet waste bins, replenish liners
- Frees up property maintenance for more important tasks
- Proper waste disposal helps combat spread of disease to both humans & animals
- Reduction of flies and smells especially in the heat
Property Size:
Small- $150
Medium- $250
Large-$350
Extra Large- $450
Property size will be determined during consultation. Prices may vary by more or less for unique space sizes and/or additional duties, such as dog parks or kennel facilities.
Laundry Valet Services
We will pick up soiled pet laundry including but not limited to beds, blankets, pet clothes, etc... Leave it at your concierge or front door and we will return it to the same place clean and ready to go!
Please alert us to any allergies to laundry products. Customer can provide own products if they would like. Simply leave products with soiled laundry. They would only be used for your pets belongings and then returned at drop off.
$1.75 a pound
$7 bulk fee for large/extra large items i.e. dog beds
$20 valet fee
